Just wanted to let anyone know that I have contacted P&L Motorsports in Chicago and here is what they said:

Just as an FYI we have decided to offer tuning for our Mazdaspeed6 customers
with the Cobb Accessport. As soon as the software is available for Protuning
we will be able to get you on the dyno.

So if you get your AP and you need a protune, get to P&L! They have a top notch reputation for tuning APs as well as other software. I will be making an appointment next spring once my FMIC comes.
