miata & rx-7 in top ten

the november 2004 issue of sportscar international magazine compiled a list of the top ten sports cars of the 90's. the list goes as follows:

1. mazda miata
2. porsche boxster
3. ferrari 550
4. mclaren f1
5. porsche 911 (993)
6. acura nsx
7. ferrari f355
8. nissan 300zx
9. lotus elise
10. mazda rx-7

well the miata had to be the top 1...practically revolutionized the sports car world with affordable sportiness !

just as much as lexus is an american make. in japan, acuras are hondas and lexuses (lexi?) are toyotas.

they have started selling cars under the Lexus brand in Japan now.... just too popular to not have it back at home...
