Metal line that's split..

I'm trying to figure out what to look for to replace the metal line that runs by the intake filter up around the driver side strut tower. My aem filter seems to have been sitting on it and it cut grooves in the line. Is it an ac line? I wanna say it's hooked to the condenser but I'm unsure what the little round cylinder is called.

Receiver dryer and what to look for is someone doing a partout to get that line from. Then get the new o-rings for it. Then go get AC evacuated and refilled with refrigerant.

Okay thanks! I've never had ac before I always remove it so I saw that and was lost lol. But baby is on the way so gotta have ac in this 100 degree weather!
