Messed up my bumper! Solutions?

I scraped up the bottom, under the lip on Friday going into a gas station. I heard ssssccccrrraaaape. Ouch. The Pain. You cant notice unless you look and bend a bit, but I know its their. And I was trying to be careful since its fairly new. F**kc. Is the bottom piece seperate from the fog light section or do you have to replace the whole front? I guess Ill live with it for now.

Are you talking about the black strips below the bumper? #19 in the pic below:

If so, those are riveted in. I had to replace the passenger side a month or so ago. You have to drill the rivets out and then have a rivet gun with proper rivets handy to install the replacement. All this after removing the bumper of course. They're $22.04 a piece.

Yes, But I also sustained some scrapes on 1... the main part. I could just retouch that part...
The thing is it will probably happen again. Is it easy to pop on part 19?
