Memory Seat Issues

I have a 2008 that I am trying to get a few more years out of before I move on. Recently the memory seat functions stopped working after replacing the battery. Both the driver and passenger power seats are working, but the memory seat functions are not. I am not very mechanically inclined, and have looked through the owner’s manual and done some online research to no avail. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
