Mazdaspeed3 thread

if the car is like that is so fuking ugly i still get my new si better car and the desing is a lot better LOL i thought the ms3 will be so nice but no big difference ugly

maybe its just a test scoop to see how it would benefit. no use making anything pretty for testing.

thats what i was going to say. if it was permanent wouldnt mazda make it...round? not like a cardboard hoodscoop i saw on that honda.

bunch of morons. yes, the car is going to look like that at the dealership. wtf, you seriously think its going to have a cardboard scoop?

its probably there to see if a hoodscoop would add any benefits if they decide to go the top mount ic route. also, its probably just a stock 3 test mule for the motor that they slapped lighter wheels on.

there's no way in hell that's even close to production spec. Nobody-but NOBODY-would put a scoop like that and try to sell it. No rims, lack of real body kit, and nothing really special about it tells me that its just a test mule, that looks the part of the mule.

they're probably just testing the turbo setup in the car itself.. making sure everything fits, doesn't rattle, all that jazz.
I'm sure the MSP looked like s*** when the initial testing was going on.

im pretty sure they're going to stay with the top mount. isnt the new ms6 a top mount? and ya i vote for mule.

yeah you right but i think that the ms3 will be a nice car and even more it will have a potential to beat a lot of cars but i like a lot the concept si , im a honda fan and mazda too but like my car its to hard to find aftermarket parts so thats why i love honda

Most likely...
Yeah...common...anyone who even considered the scoop as production spec has a few loose screws in the 'ol noggin ;) Interesting pics...what's with a bit of funkiness under the front and rear bumpers...testing equipment, suspension or adapted chassis? Anyone confirm if it's possibly an awd chassis?
