Very cool. Word of warning about clear coating plastidip with anything like lacquer paint is that it makes the plastidip very hard to peel off if you needed to do so. I think that white wheels would look good on your 5 but might be very hard to keep clean. I'm interested to see your results.

Good question. I don't know how well it'll peel of the rough spray job. Maybe someone else can chime in on that.

I did anthracite grey + glossifier and they look pretty good. Just need to do the last two wheels and get tires.

I'm reserving judgement until I see them on the 5. I think the 5 spoke Rx8 wheels might bring a little balance to all the curves of the 2nd gen. I have yet to see any 2nd gen running them.

I'd say they'll look good as well. I know my set up is not everyone here in the forum favorite but I strongly disagree and feel that my gen 1 MS3 wheels look great on my 2nd gen. Those wheels are also very much straight and squarish looking. Just my opinion.

and THAT'S all that matters! Personally, I haven't seen one 5 in this forum that I didn't think was pretty cool (well maybe the picture of that one on fire on the freeway). I like cars, always have since before I could drive. Everybody has different tastes so its more about appreciating what someone has accomplished with their own interpretation of style. I think most people in this forum do. Regardless of the post, keep it up Davicho!
