mazdaspeed sport spring kit - yay or nay

i purchased my car at the end of march and had an agreement with the dealer to throw in a ms cai at no extra cost once they were off recall. well, everyone knows they went byebye, but i wanted something from the dealer still. i proposed them giving me the ms sport spring kit instead of the cai and they went for it.

my question is, what'd the kit like?

should i sell it or keep it?
