Mazdaspeed Service/Repair?

Can any Mazda dealership service my MSP or do I have to take it to a Mazdaspeed dealer?

Umm, you can prolly take it to any dealer, just call ahead, and ask if they have a mazdaspeed tech. But i mean, if it's something not unique to the speed, then prolly anywhere. I mean, sure, you need the tech to do your flash, and a bunch of other engine s***, but rims and suspension can be done by anyone. Correct me if I am wrong please.

The turbo is blown! Roadside assistance says they have to take it to the nearest dealer who is not a Mazdaspeed dealer. I need a definite answer please.

let roadside take it to the mazda dealer.. from there if they can't work on it they can probably deliver it to a certified mazdaspeed dealership?

Here in Florida on the west coast, only Tampa has MSP techs. That sucks cause the are 120 miles away.

They'll have to tow it to a dealership with MSP trained techs.

Same situation here. The nearest dealer is 125 miles away. Roadside says they need to take it to the nearest dealer, which I now know is a waste of time. I called the dealership and talked to them, they were the ones that told me to call roadside. I should not have to call anyone I feel like my dealership should make sure that they make arrangements to get the car even if they have to call roadside. It seems roadside is not up to date as to the needs of their products. My guess is that roadside is not owned by Mazda and is contracted out to the cheapest bidder.

Yeah I've never heard of any manufacturer having their own fleet of tow trucks....they contract out local towing places just like AAA does.

Well the mazda dealership in gainesville won't even do my rotors nor my broken side mirror b/c its a mazdaspeed not thats some bulls***. Does anyone know the number to the mazd corp. office. I'm not driving 80 miles to get this s*** fix'ed

My local dealer wants nothing to do with my car. I DID get them to flash the car, as it was just a quick download to their computer. But he said anything else would need to be done by a 'speed tech....140 miles away!

Yeah, part of it is the dealership's fault and part of it is Mazda's fault. My local dealer will do most things under warrenty even though they're not a speed dealer, but when it came to get my coolant leak(s) fixed and a new hose was needed, then the F-ing cocksuckers at MazdaUSA wouldn't sell my local dealership the needed hose! MazdaUSA forced me to drive over 100 miles 1 way just to get a F-ing coolant hose swapped out. Nothing like purposely pissing off the few customers you have. Then Mazda wonders why they don't rank for s*** in the customer service area compared to other companies like Lexus and Saturn.(encourage(fight)

any mazda dealer should fix your car, if not, then b****. When I bought my car, they told me anyone can work on it. I had my rear bumper skirt replaced by a non mazdaspeed dealer. They just had to order it through a mazdaspeed dealer, who then shipped it to them.
