Mazdaspeed Miata Quality

Hey everyone,

My dad is looking into a Mazdaspeed Miata in town for a fun car and I wanted to see if you guys know of any major issues or common problems with the model. I'm not sure of the year, but any info good or bad would be appreciated.

My friend has had his '04 for 5 years now, and he's just started getting into modifying it for BSP. I'm sure if he had any major problems with his, he'd tell me about it. I know that they can have some cooling issues when driven hard...but I haven't heard anything major. They make a pretty fun "around towner."

Miata's are dead nutz reliable, even the mazdaspeed versions.
