No it doesn't. Far as I know, only Cobb and CPE intakes have that little device.

i found the best price for a cai. $47.87. some guy bought some tubing an pipes from the plumbing department at lowes, an managed to make it his cai...............he used 2 pairs of socks at the end of the tube, as a filter....bwahahahahhaah.... im gonna find the pic ..hold on.
