Turismo9 said:I think having a mazdaspeed logo on a "non-mazdaspeed tuned" protege meter face won't make u wannabe. Bro, do we have to be so serious about whatever decals or logos that are on our ride?
MP3Architect said:im just sayin if you want a different gauge and you have an mp3 then be one of the first/few to get mp3 on it. but yeah, mazdaspeed is a brand not a car so having mazdaspeed on an mp3 is not totally out of line. but i would never write mazdaspeed on my mp3. its all up to the owners. i was just thinking outloud.

HorsepowerFreak said:I can have them Made to say MP3 too, but that really doesn't mean anything to anyone except you and other Protege owners ya know? Mazdaspeed at least means something and doesn't ONLY refer to a model of Protege. Mazdaspeed the company was around long before the MSP or MP3 was even thought of. But what you want your gauges to say is entirely up to you... personal preference. I personally don't like jargon or 'internet forum talk' because I hate having to explain things to those who are not in the know of it.
*I've attached a pic, it is not a very good one but you get the idea. The faces are silver, they just appear whitish in that pic. And as I was saying... the colors of the text and face can be changed as can the font. www.speedhut.com (note the Protege interior backdrop...PS'ed quite a bit. That was a picture I took for them to use to show their tach in use. They changed the colors however)
I recently had SpeedHut build me electronic gauges to match my stock ones. Boost, A/F, and Volt (I needed them for an event, didn't have time to wait for fuel pressure). They look amazing and match very nice. I'm still trying to get some good pics of them, but it's hard with the glare that comes off them in a picture.
