Yea I think you can sub, but the top one looks nice. We really can't see anything with the pic that you're suggesting. You should get a better one of the engine bay. I would vote for your car for the nostalgia. A nice and clean 1990 awd protege. I haven't seen many of those around. Rarity = votes.

I believe you... I thougth the same thing here and found a GTR motor
But the guy wanted 'bout 1000$ for a engine he wasnt 100% it worked... So I gave up on the project.

You should look for a Miata motor, 'cause, stock, it's a lot more boost-friendly than the BP... Bla, bla, bla... This is Mazda of the month thread, so I wont offtopic anymore.
