I say collect the $$ up front so 1. there is no excuse of not having cash 2. you know exactly how many people to make food for.
You can save yourself some headache and hassle this way.

Also, the food is an awesome idea.

I like that idea, but there isn't a ton of time to make that happen and I had to tell him how many people I thought were coming already so he can order the food and do the prep or whatever it is that he does.

I'm not terribly worried about it, we are all friends here so I'm going to go with the honor system. That said, if anyone would prefer to send money over via an electronic method (i.e. PayPal, because who carries cash around anyways?) let me know and I will give you that information.

White box is my house, red box is parking, and the yellow box is a pavilion where we can hang out and eat food.

The weather looks good for this weekend so I'm guessing that we will be crazy busy, but that's OK just pull in my driveway and you can park in my the yard between my house and my parents. This way everyone will be parked together away from the "regular customers" and on semi-flat grass.
