Mazda Dealer service is AWESOME!!!!

I went in for my 24k service on Saturday, oil change belt adjustement, and all the other bots that go with that service interval. an hour and 20 minutes later ( I had them change in my Summer rims) I'm out the door with new lower control arms, replaced under warranty!!! No questions asked!! They said they were doing them automatically on the 3's and the 5's!! Talk about service!!! Ajax Mazda rocks!!!

Luck dog!

I wish my Mazda dealer was so helpful.

The service department at Rosenthal Mazda keeps telling me they can't hear the noise from the front suspension...

Run, do not walk, AWAY from Rosenthal Mazda. Terrible dealers.

Must be a Canadian thing!! I've always had good experiences and Mazda dealers. The purchase was painless! I bought my 5 via email! and the dealers really didn't try and pressure me into many "extras" infact when I said no to the extras, they just moved on to the next step in the purchase process. All the work I've had done (just routine servicing so far) has been painless. They done the work I expected in the time they said it would take. In fact with this service, they offered to drop me and my son off at home and pick me up when it was finished! I only declined because they said the job would only take 90 minutes!

Never had a bad expenience yet with both Mazda dealers I've dealt with

Sentry West in Massachusetts- Fantastic

I wish there was a dealer like that in my neck of the woods.(bow)

I cannot say enough great things about my dealership. Sentry West has been fantastic to me over the last 5 years. From Parts, to Sales, to Service, the team in Shrewsbury MA is universally excellent. They are always on the ball with TSB's and never give me a hard time about the "noises I hear."(eyeballs) They even take time out of there busy schedule to talk shop.

They definitely know what it takes to build great customer satisfaction.

Just a great bunch.

Are you referring to the Rosenthal Mazda in Arlington or Tysons Corner? I use the one in Tysons Corner, they're the closest Mazda dealership to me...

I really love Mazda's vehicles, but their dealer network sucks. There isn't one Mazda dealership in all of Loudoun County, so I have no choice but to use Rosenthal Mazda in Tysons Corner...

Of course I did have the lower control arms replaced as part of a warranty item to resolve the crunching noise from the suspension that has been reported. Guess what?? The Brand new control arms make the same sound, just to a lesser extent!

You obviously aren't talking about Irvine Mazda. Ironically, they're physically the closest dealer to the North American HQ, however they're entirely clueless.

i've had a lot of good luck with my dealer as well

never any problems and they are real cool

Yes. Both. Go to Brown's in Fairfax or Alexandria. Far less evil.

Hey was98strat, I didn't know "Dealership" and "Awesome" could be placed in the same phrase and context, but cool! :D

Whatever it was, please don't forget to let the Dealership's Manager know that. Chances are that the next time you show up there they will know you as "the good fellow" who complimented them and they will continue to be awesome...

Oh, and it's also good for their job. At last, everybody has customers one way or the other (band2)

My dealership is awesome too. Both dealing with the sales team and the service department. I've had some not so good luck with my 5 but the service department has been amazingly helpful and extremely competent.

Burt Mazda, Centennial Colorado - Ed Clause should be elected King of all service managers.

My local dealer SERVICE department is awesome as well. Love the rental car. However, I would never BUY a car from their SALES section.

old daddy, I think is trying to say (sarcastically) that you should say which dealer you are praising (or not praising)...

am I wrong???

You are correct, I was in a hurry at the time I left the message, NO sarcasim meant.

Your dealer is? Thanks.

Sorry Corey Fairbanks Mazda. I repeat, I would NEVER buy a car from here, just don't like their shark tactics, I would buy (I did) from STAR MAZDA. However, Corey Fairbanks Mazda's service department is top notch, excellent people. Anytime they call you two days after service was preformed to survey your experience, you know it's good service because they care. I highly recommend servicing your Mazda here as I've been there 5 times over the 1 1/2 years of ownership and have always been very satisfied.
