Mazda CX-7 Window Regulator motor replacement questions

My Car: Mazda CX-7 2009

Problem: (Driver Side) The Windows have no problem going down, but will make a loud clicking noise and does not go Up ( it goes up a little bit then starts clicking).

Can someone please confirm if this is the correct Motor/Regulator for me to order:
