Mazda 6, What year is this?

I don't know much about Mazda's but it would be great if some1 could tell me what year and what kind of Mazda6 is in the picture above.

It looks like the front bumper and lip, side skirts, rear skirts, side marker lights, Mazdaspeed rear spoiler, and wheels are different.

I also believe that is a regular 6 and not a Mazdaspeed.
