mazda 6 TD2 Alarm sensitivity

Hi all, just joined up and reading through the forum. i have just got myself a mazda 6 TS2 and think its a great car. The only problem im having is the alarm seems too sensitive. ive tried knocking the windscreen with hand it didnt set it off, but some kids were playing football against a wall opposite and it seemed to set it off. I just wondered as im new to the car if there is a setting dial i can adjust to turn it down as fraction?

Thanks for any help in advance and hope to help others out when i gain more knowledge.

I've had my shock sensor adjusted 3 times by the dealer and it still isn't right. Even after seeing what the shock sensor box looks like, I still can't find mine. I suspect it's hidden under the dash somewhere. If anyone has any other ideas on where to find it, please let me know. Otherwise I'm going to have the dealer show me where they found it.

it's under the dash on the front side of the steering collum...make sure you stretch out before contorting your self to get at it
