Mazda 6 CEL running rough

I have a 2003 Mazda 6(4 cylinder) with 56,000 miles, the CEL came on 2 days ago. I changed the plugs, air filter, cleaned the TB. It is still running really rough & the CEL comes back on after I disconnect the battery & reconnect it. The local Mazda dealer wants $89.95 just to hook it up to there machine. HELP!

Ok, so I found 2 dry rotted hoses, changed them out, only problem is I broke the plastic connector to the solenoid they go to(it is between the TB & MAFM). Part is $74.95 & won't be in till next week. Car won't idle without it. I don't know what it is called.
