Mazda 5 - 2005 replacement key

Having searched and searched I cannot find a replacement key that matches my vehicle.

There are many posts on other forums relating to chip types and instructions for encoding.

My existing falling to pieces key (partially working due to previous owner) is one of the 3 button variants with the flip out key in the transonder housing.

When split open it has Mitsubishi Electric ske126-01 (mr 1382 anrt 2005)
The circuit board has JX331BA3802C stamped on it and all the replacements I have sourced to date have JX331BA5802C which do not encode to the central locking whether I am doing it or the dealer is having a go.

Has anyone ever purchased a replacement of this type and if so where from please?

Where are you located?

In the US the switchblade style key is made up of three parts:

CC43675RYC: transponder part of switchblade style key, $126.70 (MSRP = $158.37)*
G2YA762GXB: key part of switchblade style key, $39.01 (MSRP = $48.76)
KRTT09001: key ring, $0.49 (MSRP = $0.61)

Then there is a non-switchblade style key which works fine and is what i have on my keyring:
F1Y1762GX, $22.58 (MSRP = $28.22).

the keys are easy to find on ebay, you'll have better luck searching for 2006 as the model year as there is no 2005 model year in NA!

Thanks for the replies - the broken one is a switchblade style.
I'm in the UK and the part number you gave is correct for the fob but refers to the newer cicuit board in the fob which has a different send/receive chip that won't code to the car. I'm basically trying to get around paying MAZDA 104
