MAZDA 3 XENON HEADLIGHTS wich is a good option?

hello people

im thinking on installing some xenon headlights in my mazda 3 but im not sure wich have the best quality and real XENON light, there are so many options in the market and most of them are fake or they last very short months, im thinking on buying the MTEC XENON kit its a japanese brand that i saw on ebay, but what im worried about is if it will last me for a bunch of years and if they wont fail all of a sudden since i travel on the road a lot and cant expect any kind of headlights failure. Also is it true that xenon lights dont work on fog? they told me that you cant see a thing when you got fog.

thanks

don't know who told you can't see through fog thats just ridiculous all the oem xenon lights don't work in fog... i dont' think so

i would recomend buying some xenon lights through a vendor on the forum that way you have traceability back to some one instead of through ebay and you are probably going to be getting a better product anyways... i would rather spend a couple extra $$ knowing i can call some one if i have an issue... protophile is having some good deals now on some hid kits as well as a couple other vendors check out the vendor section.

I saw the MTEC xenons on ebay also. Not sure about them, but they seem like a quality product. Anyone else have any experience with the MTEC xenons?

have you looked through the forum vendors their prices are like 150-175 with a warranty... can't ask for much more then that.

i got mines on ebay, xentec, 2 year warranty, 145 shipped next day...cant go wrong with that! the store name is AUTOMLUMINATE. check him out. i got 5000k, they look great and were easy to install.

hmm i dont think that xenon lights work in fog being that most of them are either 5000k or higher. i remember that the higher the kelvin rating, the less lumens there are. less lumens means less light. the only way for it to work in the fog is if u buy those 4600k or lower kelvin ratings. halogens are best for fog. hehe at least thats what i read. dunno if thats right though
