Where can I find performance engine internal parts for a 2.0 Mazda 3i (Pistons, piston rings, gaskets, bigger cams and heads etc.)....I knows this model isnt a fav to mod performance wise.Its a shame tho cuz the NA engines have lots of potential. NEED FACTS NOT THEORIES AND NOT QUESTIONS THAT LEAD TO MORE QUESTIONS. FEEL FREE TO RESPOND

late model MX5 has the same 2.0 engine, but with better internals... if it was me, i would do a 2.3 or 2.5 swap.

would it be possible to take some of the internals from a late model mx 5 and swapp them into my threes engine???

Anything is possible buddy, but we're just forum folk and 99% of us are not going to have the information you're looking for to cure your naiivete regarding the MZR 2.0 engine. Your best bet is to call a Mazda racing operation, such as Tri-Point, who have actually dealt with building and rebuilding Mazda engines more than just once or twice.
