2017~2025 How to Source this CX-5 part?

We have a 2018 Cx-5, recently my wife hit a Cardboard box on the highway. Immediately we got "Vehicle System Malfunction Message".

Took it to the dealer, they suggested replacing the entire Exhaust system ($8500), took it to a local Muffler shop they said my Exhaust Valve Motor Control Flap Motor had disconnected! All I had to do was replace it. If I purchased it online and brought it to them they will put it in.

I believe your picture shows what remains, and that the part to be replaced is missing? Google lense is able to identify what remains. To find the missing part, parts.mazdausa.com allows you to enter the year/model/drivetrain/trim and look for the diagram that covers the part at issue. Sometimes the name we know them by is not the same as what Mazda calls them.
