Mazda 2 High Pitch whine

Hi guys, just purchased a 2013 Mazda 2 auto and have noticed at around 105-110Kph that there is a high pitch whine when on light throttle. Goes away when you back off the throttle, i think it's from the auto trans. Is this a known problem?

Throwing my 2 cents in here, doesn't sound like it'd be a normal problem. Personally, I've never experienced this, but I've got the manual tranny.

High pitch whine seems like it comes from the drive by wire module. Mom's 06 crv w/drive by wire does the same thing

My guess would be the transmission based on the way you described it. I would have the dealer look at it.
