Most explosive fight I have seen in a while, but definitely the craziest ending as well.

Maynard needs to man up and admit he got knocked out as well.

Indeed he did. Lauzon is an animal as well, these guys have heart and really surprised me this season. I would rather watch this weight class all day over the big named guys anytime.

that was funny as hell...he totally put himself to sleep... I knew once i saw emerson holding his ribs at the end of the 1st round that the fight would be over for him soon but i didnt expect that lol.

The crowd was pretty upset and I could understand that, but then they started booing Emerson just because he said that he felt Maynard go limp. WTF? What a bunch of assholes...Emerson didn't do anything wrong and he was really humble about it.

The rib injury was supposedly pre-existing before the fight. I'd like to see a rematch cause it was definitely a good fight. You could tell both fighters had pumped up since the show was taped.

By the way, Penn totally "pwned" Pulver. That was actually a funny fight because Pulver was no match for him. What got me was that none of the commentators mentioned anything about Penn holding the choke for too long. Even after the ref signaled him to let go he held on for a few more seconds, like he was being sadistic or something. That was unsportsmanlike and uncalled for...

I feel the exact same as you. The LIVE UFC fans are the reasons why I do not go to these fights. Bunch of inconsiderate pricks. It doesn't matter if Emerson felt Maynard go limp, everyone saw it for themselves. He also defended himself in that "It doesn't matter, I couldn't have gone on anyways."

I also saw the unsportsman like actions of Penn. He made the mistake also of saying he practically wanted to kill Pulver before the fight. I think he held that choke too long, too pumped up or not, your a professional athlete and should not pull that crap.

Pulver looked really lean this time around, he also didn't seem to want this. Talk is talk, but his actions showed nothing spectacular to me. Something else I want to add is Joe Lauzon is an animal and I think its weird that he had already fought Pulver and beat him before the show, lol.

maynard is a beast. He woulda beat Emerson and did. He should've been fighting that Manny dude not f*ckn nate diaz, what a joke.
I can't believe Maynard tapped when he was fighting nate diaz, he put the hold on him for a split second and he tapped, i WAS SHOCKED AND PISSED.
