I have an Infinity 4 channel amp sitting around from my last vehicle and and planning on purchasing some components on coaxials to replace all the speakers in my car. I don't want to go through the trouble of running speaker wires to the doors, so I figured I'd be better off reusing the stock outputs that the Bose amp sends to. Well you think it'd be as simple as cutting the wires and extending them to my amp/crossovers. Well yea it should be that easy, but I'm a stickler for a clean installation and having everything be plug n play to preserve the cars wiring in case I ever want to go stock again.
After reviewing the wiring diagram I found the front and rear speaker outs are contained on the second 16 pin and 8 pin bose harnesses. Now I think I found their male counter parts, but I'm not entirely sure. Any one have a clue if these will work?
