Manual Shift won't engage after changing clutch and flywheel.

2003 Mazda Protege SE manual transmission just changed clutch and has flywheel machined but won't engage. But engages when engine off.

who did the work. Sounds like the pilot bearing is bad.

Unfotunately I did the work myself. Changed the pilot bearing of the flywheel. Btw, I just machined the flywheel as the one I bought in the U.S. did not match for my SE 2003 Protege.

Clutch engaging to transmission only when car is raised up.

When car is raised up with jack clutch engages the transmission and can shift the stick. But when on ground level it would not engage.(huh)
