Manual gearbox problem with all gears (2018 Mazda6 2.0L 6 speed)

I have a Mazda 6 2.0 2018 with 6 speed manual gearbox. When switching gears it feels like its not synchronized. The shifter get stuck for a short while and then the gear goes in. The problem exists on all gears. Is there any adjustments that could be done on the clutch or the gear shift linkage? Has anyone experience from gearbox oil change improve shifting?

The gear oil should last longer than 75000 km but maybe it's worth a try. I've read that various types of gear oil can affect the way the syncronizers work but I would guess also low oil level might affect it. Mazda gear oil is supposed to be a good oil and I don't know if there are others that would improve performance or efficiency but they might provide a different feel to the shifter.
