Looks good...

Why did you put Autometer stickers on the OE gauges though? (uhm)

Dunno, just bored one day. They've since been removed though, so don't worry! (ughdance)

Im interested. Are the actual pods cut from a pillar gauge pod??

Ya, just buy a 2 gauge pod fro ma mustang or whatever's cheapest... That pod cost me $4 at the performance shop lol.

I would be interested in a how to, I'm about to attempt the same thing. What product did you use to adhere the pods to the stock surround?

Hot glue to tack it in place, then to actually hold it I used 3M flexible bumper repair.

so can you see the dummy lights around the pods alright? just curious

yes you just have to look up over the pods... it really depends on how YOU mount them and how YOU set it up on if you can see everything clearly or not.

Even with a gauge blocking direct veiw of my fuel gauge I was still able to tell if my CEL came on or not.

This is how my car came when i purchased it and I was still able to see everything. I could tell I had a CEL by the light reflecting off the side of the cluster.

It all depends on alot of things, even seating position. My gauges are Angled so that none of the stock cluster is obscured. I know there's one pod on here that the gauges just go straight back onto the clear plastic of the cluster.
