however I can tell you about what I do have experience with, which is my +45 offset 215 35 18's on a 7.5" wheel not rubbing when I was slammed on GC's, and Pat's no rubbing 215 40 17s with +40 offset and a 7" wheel.
also, by my calculations, you should have 1mm more clearance than I have, but also dont forget that tire brands vary wildly even if they are rated the same size... so be careful.
