You prob seen the ads in euro mags about Brisland's Custom Shop. If not well they are advertising Mac-Air MacPherson Strut replacement airbags. I have done some research and p5's have MacPherson struts, stock. Please correct me if I am wrong. So could these air bags bolt on to our setup or is it more complacated than that? And if anyone here already has airbags on there p5 please post some pics, and Was it a hard project? What kind of cost are we talking for a custom job?

I have airbags. They replace the whole strut and spring set up and bolt right in.

What is the ride quality like? Smooth, stiff?

I am getting wheel rub with my 17" rims whenever I have 2 people in the backseat or hit a large dip in the road. Just wondering if this setup would help?

oh and no it won't help wheel rub, its the same thing, actually the lower you go the worse so you would have to roll your fenders like i did.

did you roll you fenders yourself or did you get it done? if so, how much did it cost and was there any paint damage?

I had them done at a local body shop for $90 (for the 2 back ones). There wasn't paint damage but they put some rust proof stuff on it just in case it ever cracks.
