M3 ECU Chip (Too good to be true?)

Hi all,
Just picked up my new M3 5D Monday, and now loking to get a few extra HP out of it.
Saw this on ebay and wondering if its too good to be true. But, for the price, I don't think a few wasted bucks could hurt.

Please do a search before you ask a question like that....

it's too good to be true and it will F up your car. It's a $.05 resistor.

Up in Charlotte. Going to RIT part-time to get my BS in Mech. Eng. What'd you go for? Can't wait to get it over with and move someplace warmer and better job prospects. (glare)

rochester weather is the worst in the world... i hated it. I went for industrial design and graphic arts...
