Decided to stop lurking and get off my arse and post. (peep)

I've got an `08 3 hatch in Aurora Blue (yes, I love the color) Except for a drop in k&n under the hood is stock for now. Mounted a set of Konig Runaway's in black a month or so back, now I need to add some Tein's and drop it so it looks right.

I need to get some good interior pics since my brother did some custom work for me. Everything from the doors up in the interior is black now, the headliner, oh sh!t grips, the light fixtures/housings, the sunvisors, etc.. He also did a Mazda logo in blue to match the car with the legs of the "M" starting at the B Pillars with some Japanese three pointed stars twoards the back.

I ended up with my hatch after a guy decided he didn't want to wait to go through the light when he didn't have right of way, nailed him around 40mph with no chance to even hit my brakes in my `02 Focus hatch (I still miss that car (friday) ).

Nothing too exciting otherwise, I do Factory Inspections and travel for work, married and no kids. My biggest passion is really my Bike, a `00 ZRX1100 with a decent list of mods.

Already on the Dfwmazdas list too.

The Focus I had put alot of myself into over the years, haven't had this one long enough to put that much of myself into. Everyone seems to love the color. If I had been able to teach my wife to drive with a clutch, I would have bought a Speed3 instead.

I love this car too, and time will tell what the next mods are.

how is your k&n drop in filter treating ya? is there really any NOTICEABLE performance output? but all in all, no problems thus far?

Sorry for the lag, the filter is good, need to clean it though (boom07) No real noticable improvement with the filter by itself, the real improvement was when I did the throttlebody ground wire mod.
