Lumbar support gave out

Just last week I was adjusting the lumbar (lower back) support and heard a pop at which time the lumbar support gave out and now the knob does nothing when turned. I've had the car just over 3 months.

Has this happened to anyone else and if so any idea what I'm looking at for repairs?

If you've only had the car for 3 months it will under factory warranty. They've had a few problems with the lumbar support.

I just had my lumbar fixed under warranty.

Dealer thought it might be the actual lumbar unit, but it was simply the long shaft that attaches to the manual wheel
which had broken off inside the unit.
They actually took the unit off a floor model car ... the job booked out at 1 hour, but I'm sure it was quicker than that.

Warranty covered the repair.
