I would like to know if anyone has pics of how low you can go and the different coilovers available.

I`ve always liked the slammed look and I want to know what is possible on the 3.

Thanks

MSPEEDNB, now driving a 3

This is not my car but I like the stance it has. It has Eibach Sportlines on it.

I have been looking at coil overs because I live in Utah and would want to raise it up in the winter.

Keep in mind that you'll have to have it re-aligned every time you change the ride height.

Heed this warning. Bad toe will eat your tread. Raising and lowering your car ain't all it's cracked up to be. I went this route once...and only once. It's a pain in the arse.

My car's 6 feet below sea level... that's slammed.

All BS aside, I've seen a few with sportlines and they look nice. You do want to be able to park your car and not worry too much.

Worry about what?

pulling up too far on curbs. Running into parking stops. stuff like that I would imagine. I know when my GF drives my car i always worry that she will forget just how low my car is becuase she has an SUV and never has to worry about not pulling up until the tires hit the curb.

I have the Mazda Speed Springs, they come with the camber links, and after install my toe was actually better then it was factory, it lowers it, not quite as much as in those pictures. But, I do know that I can pull up to most curbs and clear it by a **** hair without doing any damage
