lowered with 15mm spacers & rolled fenders. 225/40?

my car has an eibach pro-kit. a couple years ago i installed eibach 15mm spacers. i also had my rear fenders rolled to a reasonable angle at that time...i am still rocking the OE 215/45 tires almost 3 years later.

i know a 225 tire would only be a 5mm increase on the outer portion as it would relate to my fenders, but to me it seems like it'd be too close and/or rub on both the front and rear or def the rear.

225 and 10mm spacers would be the same difference as what i have now, but i can't go to 10mm spacers because i do not want to change the wheel studs. as it stands now my eibach spacers are the system 4 units that have the studs built in.

how do i figure out if this will work? measuring and stuff i don't think will cut it because of the dynamics during suspension compression.

here is what i'm dealing with currently - it's pretty close to flush

Range of most 225/40/18 tires is 7.5-9" so they won't technically fit the OEM wheel. And 225/45 will rub.

Keep stock size - problem solved! :)

thanks for the reply : )

technically they might not fit, but in reality they do. many people have done it without issue on the OE 18x7 wheels. but that still leaves the question if they will interfere given the modifications i've made (rolled fender lips and spacers)

unfortunately, problem not solved, haha, i wish it were that easy - i strongly prefer falken azenis 615 (or kumho XS) and they don't come in the stock size. both of those tires have proven to be incredible performers for me w/ fwd. i might have to settle though because i can't think of an accurate way to measure and test, and i'm not going to remove the spacers and/or change the studs.
