nope... got a 3 bdrm house, 2 bath, big kitchen, nice living/dining room, huge yardS, jacuzzi, fireplace... with two friends of mine (ones got a 94 integ the other has a 91 civic hatch) its awesome... they are probably my two best friends... all three of us get along really well, know the same ppl, dont really fight about house s***... and we all have the same interests... AND for that house, in South Pasadena (REALLY REALLY nice area) its only a little over 800/mo... because my room mates parents lived in it for 20 yrs... I LUCKED OUT LIKE CRAZY WHEN WE GOT THE PLACE... this is the best deal, best house, and best room mates i could have gotten...

and considering I pull in about 1360/mo... 290 for rent isnt bad...

No not bad at all. I would like to get into a situation like yours but I just like having no rent to pay every month. I couldn't afford paying rent and food and everything else besides my car and freaking school loans. But that's good that you're livin it up.

yah.. im diggin it right now only thing i dislike... is when i was livin at home till recently... i had ALOT more money to put into the car... now its hard to scrape and scrounge for cash for parts and stuff oh well... getting a raise on the first of the year... and by oct of 03 I'll have my degree and 7 certifications... which should be enough to start me out ATLEAST close to 20-25 /hr
