That is most definitely an OEM Mazda roof rack. It is exactly like mine.

If you go with the Thule rack you won't be able to fully use your moonroof. Only the OEM rack will allow full use of the moonroof. Just FYI

No care about moonroof. Want the lowest rack possible. The rolla I thought was lower.

How does Thule compare to Rolla?

Well I would use it for twice a year to our Mexico trip. I imagine few mpg.
