Louisville, KY DEC 2007 MAZDA Meet!!

Man, weather was nasty, I was running late, Restaurant was full, but we managed to have a good evening...

I was doing a Military Funeral Service for a retiree. South of E-Town. Got home about 5pm then met everybody at BWs...Weather sucked...Wifey was not feelin the weather either so I had to leave early.....

We thought that was funny to..We asked Jason if he hadf a switch in the dash to change to the other bulbs to turn on instead of the working oness...(shocked)
 
I WENT 5000K.. if i had projectors like yours, id have done the 10-12k.. yours look great.. but the 5000k are pure white and cant look bad, though not as cool, and the light output is crazy, so i went with the safe bet, not having projectors and all.. i just dont like it when ithe whole light is like smurf blue.. projectors help ALOT and so does going higher up the temp, like 10k.. ill let you know when i get them on,, i plan on doing before and after pics, of the car and the light output.. :)

cool..a good reason to have another mini-meet....TAKE A LOOK AT JASONS NEW LIGHTS Meet......when we doing this?
 
ill be putting them in some time this coming week, i guess..i going to be winter spec-ing the car all in the same time, so not sure when..but i do love the sound of another get together.. :)

Jason, you got any garage time to swap covers yet?



I need to get mine in the garage for winter prep. Seafoam the intake system, change my oil, valve cover gasket, and take a look at my oil sending unit. I think I may need to take it off and replace an o ring.


I also changed my wife's oil pan gasket due to a small leak. Well, three weeks later and the spot on the driveway is back. ARGH! I checked the bolts and they are all snug. Any ideas on a quick fix, patch so I can trade it in come February? She is getting either a mazda 3 or 6.
 
no not yet, but when i do these lights and winter spec the car, ill be swapping the cover.. its on the list..it will be in the next few weeks for sure.. im still waiting on the lights to come, they where out of stock ..as far as the leak goes.. depends on where it is coming from..you can clean and sand the edges where it is leaking and with gasket seal, paint it on the sidesto make an outer seal.. it must be good and clean or it wont work..
 
Wish it wasn't winter time or I'd bring the P5 out for the meet. Hope to see you guys in the spring time for a meet.
