Loose hose ?? 2000 626 4cyl
Hello all,
I'm trying to find out about a loose hose, looks like a vacuum hose that is attached to top of tranny, but other end loose. Is it supposed to be loose or should it attach something. I've looked pretty well and have seen no connector and the Haynes manual provides no help. Attached two pics. The first shows the hose laying across the radiator fan housing, it's connected to the transmission (??). The second pic shows it connection, hard to see but held on with a hose clamp. Any ideas?? My engine is running rough and I've already changed plugs, plug wires, cleaned mass air flow sensor. Did have a OBDII code PO171, but does not always stay on, on and off random.
