In my engine bay, below my intake, there's this green wire that just doesn't look quite right. It looks like it ripped out of the tape holding it in place, and there's a plastic piece floating freely on it and the bunch of wires running next to it.

Does that white plastic piece slide over the black piece and clip into place? Also, can I just retape that green wire? Should I use any sort of special tape due to the heat in the engine bay? I was thinking black electrical tape would work just fine.
I know this looks trivial, but it doesn't seem cool having a wire floating around right there.
