Looking to buy used--help wanted

Hello there

I have a mazdaspeed Miata and a Mazda 5.

Local dealer has a 2010 Mazdaspeed 3, with 30K miles, asking 18K.

1) What are some issues I should be aware of (problems, etc) before looking at MS3 used?

2) Are there any particular MS3 problems I should be aware of?

3) Suggestion of what maybe a good price for this?

Just going to be using it as a DD with two kids.

i just bought a 2010 speed3 with 13k miles for $18,995 certified used from mazda with a 7 year 100k mile warranty. well 7 years from original service date so i have another 4 years left on it
