As the title states, I'm looking for red cars with gold rims. If you have a Pro5 that would be great. I just recently got rid off all my black pieces (mirror covers, DG grill, red/black CF hood, rear valance, latch cover). The DG grill is repainted red and I know have a MSP lip. Mirror bases are painted red also. I have the stock 02 (twist) Pro5 rims, and was thinking of painting them gold to cover some of the scratches.

wow your Pro 5 looks way better with the red grille insert and with the MSP lip than it did at the meet. I'm glad you scrapped red and black, it's too overdone and it reminds me of the GA bulldogs, I like GA tech better.

ok, as for being back on topic, I think your car would hold a better look with gunmetal gray wheels rather than gold. Gold just seems too bright for red IMO.

Hmmmm mine are "kind of" gold. They're technically bronze but they're close. haha. I bet that helps sooo much.

I remember seeing a beautiful red p5 with gold rims but I don't remember where. It had a Mintblue kit on it...hmmmm...
And I think I'll be at the Pine Mountain meet. I know Jonathon's gonna want to show off the new and improved rx8, so I may show up in my "beater." It is, after all, a piece of junk compared to his.

I REALLY wanted to do the gold and red but got a good deal on some black with polished lip. I think that a more yellow than gold color looks great. I really wanted the Axis Reverbs in gold. http://www.wheelsnext.com/product.phtml?p=1288 I do have to say that I'm glad both of you abandoned the black rims, now I am only one in GA. jk. I have the yellow overlays and eyelids, and I have to say red and yellow look sweet.
