Looking for a quiet exhaust system, any suggestions?

I am looking for an aftermarket exhaust system that is slightly louder than the stock system. Any suggestions??

are you talkin axle back or full cat back...i thought the point of aftermarkets was to breathe better, which it usually makes loud noises doing

You mean like what the Civics had with the Mugen exhaust?

They were almost quiet like stock, yet they can net about 10+ whp. Very nice and worth the premium.

I'm still waiting for something similar in a P5.

Mazdaspeed axle-back is not extremely loud but it is much much louder than the stock muffler. Some people can stand it and love it, but some people think it is untolerably loud.

Btw, somebody told me the Racingbeat cat-back is just slightly louder than the stock muffler. But I am living in Vancouver, Canada, I dunno where can I get the RB cat-back besides buying it online...

You know, when the thing cross the border custom Canada will give me an expensive bill......

if you want a quiet, deep-tone exhaust, go with the one that I have- the Laser exhaust. nice appearance and great deep sound without the abnoxious noise.

definitely, i agree with 1st mp3, my borla is very quiet, its like a very deep tone. but when u take off, it sounds great!

Other then it being a b**** to allign and you have to bend the heat sheild a bit, the borla is sweet.
