looking at some new wheels, need answer!

I'm look at some 5zigen fno1r-c's, i was hoping for 16's because it seems like those would be a safe size, but every company i have called about these wheels in 16's is saying they have no idea when more will come in stock. So now im stuck between 15's or 17's.

So basically im wondering on my 02' LX, if i get 17x7 4x100 +42, with 205/40/17 wheels, am i going to have to worry about rubbing?

Also to factor in, i just put on my tein s-tech springs so the pro is about 1.5" lower than stock height.

You shouldnt rub..the MSPs have 17" inch rims with a drop and still have more room to go. And fellow members have regular proteges with 17s and still are safe.

Have you tried autornd for the rims..you can pm them on the forums.

hah too late, i decided to be impatient and order the 15's in matte black, cuz i talked to several retailers as well as 5zigen themselves and none of them have basically and 16s or 17s because they are releasing an updated version of the wheel in march or april, but thanks anyways

the 15's will work well with your lx, since it means a lighter weight. i think you'll be happy with them.

Its painted...just pull it right out..its held in by four clips. Then I just washed the dirt off sprayed it with a black coat about 4 layers and then another 4 layers of clear. I already got chips in the the paint due to rocks, so I guess i need more clear coat on it. That wont happen till the summer when its warmer outside.

Nice rims though..those were my first choice.
