Looking at purchasing used 06 Miata

I recently came across an 06 Miata Grand Touring Manual with 19000 miles for 14.6k with no warranty left except for 1 year of powertrain and I was wondering first off if its a good deal or should I keep looking. Also my plan is to use it as a commuter car which will consist of about 100 miles a day on average. Will this be a good car as far as reliability and repair expenses or should I look for something else. And what are the most common issues to look for in this particular car? BTW I fell in love with the car from the moment I test drove it It kind of reminded me of my mothers 04 mini cooper.
