Those tabs are notorious for breaking. You can order replacement tabs at the dealer and you will have to remove the bumper and headlight to install them

search for other P5's near you with similar options to get an idea of what the market is around you. I'd say if he's asking $5000 for I would offer about $4200-4400 for it. Explain that the car is going to need some work and then take about $300 to get a good detail on it. If you do it your self, yes your polishing supplies are going to turn yellow, don't worry it's the paint oxidation that is comming off. You'd have to polish the car with power tools, really hard, for a very very long time before all the paint comes off. Under the cloudy faded paint should be resting a beautiful happy yellow again.
yea that paint is horrible, idk what mazda was thinking on making that a single stage paint
if i was to buy that.....probably 4200 i think is fair because the paint is really bad, he has mods so who knows how he drove it, and looks like he doesnt maintain his car too well from the engine bay pics and the outside pics
