Looking at getting a new 3, have a quick question

Hey guys, I'm an 8 owner and I'm helping a friend out who is looking at a 3 (Mazdaitis is contagious, apparently ). She doesn't have a whole lot to spend so we're kind of banking on the current lease rates. We figured out that with S-plan, current money factor and residual, she can lease for about $160/mo. I was just curious if anyone knows when these numbers are recalculated.
(money factor is .00056 and residual is 51%, btw)

s plan, no money down, for barebone 3i with power windows, locks, cd, automatic is 234 per month. Buyoff is 7k at end of 42? month lease.

I know this because i got a lease for my wifes 3i. I bought my 3S straight up with s plan and its 357\month (04 HB 6cd\moon\auto) for 5 yrs.

Sorry if this info isnt what you are looking for. On the plus side if she wants a NICE used 04 i can hook her up as im buying and 06 mazda5.

Ah, well the numbers we're working with are
$15,296 for a 3i with power pkg and air (S-plan price)
$2379 due at signing
dealer can contribute up to $850 toward the down payment (they're running a deal for $179/mo)
36 months
money factory at .00056
residual $7801

I was mostly curious as to how long these numbers will be valid before they rework the money factor and residual values. It's coming up to the end of the month, so I'm a little bit afraid of losing these really good numbers.

ah they dont sound much different from 3 months ago. 3s are hot right now and have pretty much little or no incentives...so.....if you\she isnt ready i wouldnt rush it unless you really want it.
