Well.

I started the oil change like any other. Put car up on ramps, open hood, take off oil cap...

I slid under the car to take out the plug and the damn thing was on tighter than a ... nevermind. So anyway, I went and pulled out my air gun. To say the least it came out fast. I didnt get a chance to pull the oil catcher pan under the river of oil fast enough and blaaaaaaaa I had a huge mess.

Ha, that sucks *give him a beer*
Had a bigger mess once when the can had a crack and didn't notice it till I looked under (2minutes later) to see a pool of oil all over the place.

And then there a mess helping a friend with his fuel pump chance on a DSM. *Warning!* If you do this where the pump comes out the bottom, then please do it on a empty tanks. We had pretty much a full tank, but plenty of drums to drain the gas into. Unfortunely couldn't get the car jacked up high enough to put the cans under. So despite better judgement we attacked it with milk jugs. To bad we couldn't keep up with the stream of gas, and just sat there laughing at the mess. 5+ gallons.

Wow!! what a mess the old man must of flipped out when he saw that!!! Oh man!, I am glad I wasn't there when that happened.

time to invest in garage flooring epoxy. Makes clean up a breeze (thumb)

I'd like to do that to my garage. Too much crap to move out of the way thought. Good stuff tho.
