Directions from Exit 62 on the LIE heading east:
1. Head east on I-495 E/Long Island Expy 19.5 mi

2. Take exit 73 for CR-58/Old Country Rd toward Orient/Greenport 0.4 mi

3. Slight left at CR-58/Old Country Rd 2.3 mi

4. At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto CR-58 E

Thats who they decided to "start negotiations with", nothing is signed yet. Thing is that indoor ski mountain is 350ft. high, hight variances in Riverhead are 75ft., do the math. lol. So that is never going to get built. and............ the elections are in two weeks. And three of the people running are for the rexcorp. proposal of the motor sports park. Nothing is over until they start building.

Come out and lets try to get this done.
